The Louisiana HIPAA and EHR Conference has become the preeminent meeting in Louisiana dealing both with HIPAA and electronic health record issues.  The Conference offers a unique opportunity to reach more than a hundred potential clients.  As one of a limited number of Louisiana HIPAA and EHR Conference exhibitor, you can target healthcare’s most influential leaders and decision makers in technology, compliance, financial, IS and HIM fields, as well as senior management, medical practices and corporations throughout the state.  The exhibit space, located directly outside of the meeting rooms at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center will allow maximum exposure for your exhibit space.

Location: All exhibitors will be located in the Foyer immediately outside of the meeting rooms. All registration and breaks take place in the Foyer, placing exhibitors in the center of the action. Each exhibitor receives a table, drape and two chairs. Each is listed in the Conference program and on the Conference website.

Discount Coupons: Each exhibitor receives ten discount coupons for an additional 10% off registration fees.  These can be distributed to customers and prospective customers who are interested in attending the Conference.

Exhibitor Fee: The fee for each exhibit space is $950.  Returning exhibitors should contact Karen Gaupp-Wozniak (see below) for special pricing information.

Deadline: Exhibit space is limited, and reservations are taken in the order received. Registration as an exhibitor must be received by October 15, 2007, call 225.927-0814.

Set-Up & Take Down : Your exhibits should be “setup” by 7:00 am on Monday, November 12 and taken down prior to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 13. You may set-up after 6:00 pm, Sunday, November 11, in the Atrium if you wish. Table selections are on a first come, first serve basis.

Security: Please note security is not provided for exhibits and/or equipment left unattended and/or overnight.
